I’m a strong woman with a lot on my mind. I have two dogs, work three jobs, and am currently going to school. For the past seven years I have dealt with depression and anxiety; continuing to learn what works and what doesn’t. I hope to help others realize they are not alone, that someone is always there for them. I started my fitness journey about six years ago, teaching classes and striving for progress. I’ve been through my fair share of ups and downs, but they’ve made me who I am today. I’m here to share with you: fitness tips, every day life struggles, the good, the bad, the ugly.
